Authorities say they're holding a northern Iowa man suspected of killing a woman. The Kossoth County Sheriff's Office says deputies and medics were sent around 12:50 a.m. Saturday to provide medical assistance and investigate a report of a domestic assault in Lakota. They found the body of 38-year-old Krista Hesebeck at one address and the injured homicide suspect at another. He was treated and taken to jail.
